Filete de Trucha con Tocino

Pan-seared Trout filet with a Bacon-Serrano brown butter. Served with garlic

 green beans and smoked Gouda grits. $17

 

Salmon con Salsa de Maiz

Pan-seared Salmon filet w/ a Mexican Maque Choux- (Creole relish w/ corn, Poblano, Serrano, onions, Oregano, touch of cream.) Red chile rice & sautéed Red Chard. $18

 

Carne Asada con Chipotle

Grilled Black Angus Flat Iron steak, marinated in Chipotle. Topped with chunky charred tomato-bbq sauce. Served w/ smoked Gouda grits & green beans. $19

 

Mahi VeraCruzana
