Flautas de Puerco Done the classic way. Shredded pork rolled Taquitos, topped with shredded lettuce, Queso Fresco, Pico de Gallo & crema. Served with salsa Verde. $9

 

Quesadilla de Huitlacoche Traditional, handmade, fresh Masa quesadilla w/ “ The Mexican Truffle”, roasted corn, epazote and Jack cheese. Rajas de Poblano con Crema. $12

 

Allas de Pollo Ahumado Best in Baltimore, hands down!!  Fresh, Jumbo wings dry-rubbed & smoked for several hours over Oak.  Tossed in a Chipotle BBQ sauce w/ Serrano Ranch. $10

 

“El Gringo” Quesadilla Flour tortillas stuffed with pulled chicken, Jack & Cheddar cheeses.   Served w/ Pico de Gallo, sour cream and julienne lettuce. $8    add Guacamole $11

 

Ranch Hand Fries Skin-on fries with three melted cheese, diced tomato and Honey-Mustard BBQ pulled chicken. Served with our Serrano Ranch dressing. $9

 

Nachos de la Frontera Created just across the Texas border; Nachos were a quick, inexpensive meal for workers. Housemade chips layered with 3-cheeses, black beans, Cilantro, Red Chile sauce, Pico de Gallo, crema, Gaucamole & hand-pulled chicken. $12

 

Miguel’s Caesar from original recipe in Tijuana, Mexico. Anchovy, roasted garlic, olive oil, queso Cotija, egg yolk, cracked pepper, lemon, whole romaine leaves. $9 Add grilled chicken. $13   Shrimp,Tenderloin. $15

 

Caesar a la Parilla whole romaine heart rubbed with Caesar dressing and charred on the grill. A great flavor combo. $9 grilled chicken breast. $13 griddled shrimp or grilled Tenderloin. $15

*Miguel’s Chopped Salad One of my favorites!  Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, green beans, Carrots, Celery, Hot house Cucumber, Jicama, Banana peppers, Queso Fresco and chopped Romaine. Finished with an oven-dried tomato & Balsamic vinaigrette. $15

 

Hamburguesa de Serrano 12-oz Fresh ground chuck, minced Serranos & garlic. Served w/ a dab of guac, queso Jack & tomato on Ottenberg’s potato roll. Chipotle ketchup, sweet potato fries. $13

 

Hamburguesa de “Oink” 12-oz fresh chuck burger, w/ bacon, fresh Chorizo, grilled red onions, smoked Gouda and Ranch dressing on an Ottenberg’s Potato roll.  Served with skin-on fries.  $14

 

Pollo Burrito Stuffed with pulled chicken, red chile rice, black beans, Cheddar and Jack cheeses.  Topped w/ roasted green chile sauce and served w/ refried beans, lettuce & Pico de Gallo. $14

 

El Tri Burrito A tribute to the Mexican National team. Diced Angus tenderloin, pulled chicken & pork chunks  stuffed in a flour tortilla. Chile rojo, Lime Crema & Mole Verde. Arroz verde & refritos. $15

Baja Tacos de Mahi Mahi Just like Rubio’s Fish Tacos in La Jolla. Lightly battered and flash fried. Topped with pickled cabbage, tomatillo salsa & Baja Sauce. Arroz Verde y frijoles Refritos. $13

 

Tacos al Pastor Slow-roasted chipotle marinated pork with a charred pineapple-jicama salsa. Agave rice and refried beans. $12

 

Tacos de Pollo Old School simple! Shredded chicken Tinga, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Cotija cheese & crema.   Served with refried beans and Agave rice. $12

Tacos de Carne Asada  Diced, marinated tenderloin topped with diced queso Fresco & chopped Serranos. Served w/ Red Chile rice & black beans. $13

Enchiladas de Pollo Hand-pulled, fresh chicken with queso Cotija Smoked Gouda and jack cheese. Rolled in white corn tortillas and topped with Mole Poblano. Sautéed cactus and black beans. $16

 

Enchiladas de Espinacas Serrano-creamed spinach and Jack cheese, stuffed in corn tortillas. Topped with Salsa de Huitlacoche. Served w/ Nopales and frijoles negros. $15

 

Carnitas Juvencio Named after the guy who taught me to add Coca-Cola to the marinade. 12-hr, slow-roasted chucks of pork. Refried beans, cilantro, onions, lime, salsa fresca & corn tortillas. $17

 

Pollo Huitlacoche Chicken breast stuffed w/ Huitlacoche, roasted corn, mushrooms, Jack & Cotija cheese. Pan-seared with Arroz Verde, Red Chard & Mole Verde. $17
